March Favorites // 2017

I know I sound like everyone else, but where did March go?! This month seemed to fly by! But now we are into April and I couldn’t be happier. The weather is warming up and it’s put me in such a better mood I’ve noticed! I don’t have too many favorites this month but the ones I do have are products I’ve been using every single day. So let’s dive in and look at what I’ve been loving!

Loréal Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation: Words cannot describe my love for this foundation! It works wonders on my dry skin, not latching to dry patches or flaking off during the day. The coverage on this foundation is great as well and the price makes this product such a gem that you  need  to go pick up NOW!

Essence I ❤ Extreme Crazy Volume Mascara: This mascara was such a great purchase this month! I was so used to grabbing my Better Than Sex mascara but this little beauty changed that. For such an affordable price, my lashes get enormous volume and no clumping! I totally recommend this mascara to you, you can snag it at Ulta Beauty.Processed with VSCO with c2 preset

Essence Make Me Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara: As someone who never used eyebrow gel before, I was very interested in this product because it seemed like the dream tool I needed in my life. This tinted brow gel is amazing for when you’re in a rush but want your brows to look full and effortless. Another very inexpensive product that you need in your beauty drawer ASAP!

NYX Dewy Finish Setting Spray: I had the NYX Matte setting spray before this and I loved it, but since I didn’t always want a matte look, I decided to buy the dewy spray! I have to say, this is a game changer! Such a perfect product to finish off your makeup look and make it last all day long.

This candle that I picked up from TJ Maxx has put me in such the spring mood! It smells like a floral-y mango dream and I can’t get enough of it. I think buying any good spring scented candle is a sure way to perk you up and get you thinking of the warmer times ahead!

Favorite Bible Verse:

“Bear with each other, and forgive each other. If someone does wrong to you, forgive that person because the Lord forgave you. Even more than all this, clothe yourself in love. Love is what holds you all together in perfect unity” (Colossians 3:13-14)

This verse stood out to me in a prayer session I was having not too long ago. Forgiveness is a hard thing to show, Christian or not, and I think it is something we need to get better at. We all have made mistakes that definitely should NOT be forgiven, yet the Lord forgives us when we ask of it from Him. The second part of this verse warms my heart as well. Love. As a Christian, I think the main part of the religion everyone needs to take away is that we need to act as Christ did and show love to EVERYONE even if we may not agree with them, we can still show them love.

Favorite Moment:

By far my favorite moment this month was getting elected as Social Media Coordinator for my university’s Gay Straight Alliance! I’ve gotten so much more involved with this club this past semester and getting elected onto the E-Board was so exciting and I am so humbled! I can’t wait to see where this opportunity takes me.

And that’s it! All my my favorites for the month of March. Let me know if you’ve been loving any of the same products that I have!

xoxo, Karrah
