Back to School Essentials // 2017

It’s that time of year again and I am beyond excited to share some of the pretty new items I’m bringing to school with me in a few weeks! I’m one of those annoying people who gets way too excited about school to start and I begin to wish the summer away starting at the end of July. I’ve been collecting these bits of stationary since the beginning of summer, so let me know what you think!

My planner and folders are from Target. This planner is exactly what I’ve been looking for and I adore that the beginning of it has sections for making a daily routine as well as setting long-term and short-term goals. The folders are stunning with flecks of rose gold on the one and gold on the other. I also found this little journal at HomeGoods, it’s the perfect size to slip in either your handbag or a little pocket of your backpack.

Is there anything better than a fresh, new pack of pencils? These BIC mechanical pencils are my favorite and I bought a 24 pack this school year because I constantly lose mine. These Pentel fine point marker-pens are a dream come true for anyone who loves to decorate their notes. This is a very retro-looking pack that my mom purchased for me from an estate sale she went to. My pencil case is from Target and I’m in love with the rose gold detailing on the front, “Lovely Stuff”.

Okay, how darling are these paperclips?! I found them in the magical yet mysterious $1 bins of Target. They are rose-gold arrows and fit perfectly into my planner. These Essie nail polishes (Mooning and Without a Stitch) will definitely be my go-to’s this fall season. Something about having nicely painted nails for school makes me feel more productive… anyone else?

And there you have it! All of my essentials for the new school year. Are any of you getting excited for school to start or are you someone who wishes summer would last a few more months? Let me know in the comments! I’d also love to hear what year of school you’re going into! I’m going into my final year at university.

xoxo, Karrah
